While his commitment to his job – running international multinational QSR chains kept him busy, he couldn’t get over the authentic regional cuisine he had experienced.
His experience with process-driven Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) combined with his understanding of QSR scalability made him realize that a QSR was the best way to take to the world the mom-made food he had tasted across India.
And thus, by collaborating with Yellow Tie Hospitality, to establish Umraan Regional, he set out on a journey to represent India’s varied culture and diversity.
